I’ve had dry eyes for over 20 years and have had to use eyedrop’s to relieve the discomfort. I looked on Amazon to find some relief in a supplement. I have extremely dry eyes and feel like I've tried 100 different supplements. I did lots of research and this one has lots of positive reviews so gave it a try. It really seems to help. When I take it everyday my left eye (the really dry one) is moist - instead of so dry my lid sticks. I will keep taking it and hopefully it continues to work.

I am 50 and recently my eyesight has been getting a bit blurry especially if I look at my cell phone, even when I just glance at it for a few seconds. I look back up and I have a hard time getting to focus on objects. I started to take this and pretty much withing a day or two that issue went away.
