The Head of People and Culture's mission is to develop and implement a culture strategy and organizational plan to support significant headcount and revenue growth over the next several years. This person will have the unique opportunity to partner with the executive leadership team to build the culture from the ground up to support their goal of becoming the #1 Probiotic Supplement Company in the US. The ideal candidate for this role is an HR leader from a small to mid-size, fast-growing organization that has vast experience in recruitment, organizational development and culture building. This candidate also has a strong HR generalist background that is willing to jump in and do the tactical work required of a 1 person HR team. This candidate is an innovative self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. This position reports to the CFO and will be a strategic partner to the entire executive team and organization.
