Automation Developer/Programmer - Python Javascript C# HTML SQL

(full stack preferred)

Physician’s Choice is looking for a Python/Javascript/C#/HTML/SQL Automation Developer/Programmer with strong background in programming and development to be part of our dynamic and fast growing team. You will help with creating test plans and test cases development to assess and improve the overall quality of our softwares. You will also be helping us create and implement repetitive tasks that can be automated in a wide array of tasks and venues. You get involved and contribute right from the feature design phase, through the development phase and testing phase with a quality focus. Need to be a grinder and self-starter who doesn’t watch the clock. The ability to think 'outside the box' is essential in designing test cases to adequately and quickly assess the integrity of the product.


  • Conducting requirements and design reviews of new features.
  • Connecting APIs through complex connections
  • Analyzing everyone’s daily tasks and see where tasks can be automated.
  • Implementing the automation
  • Designing high level test approaches and implementing detailed test plans.
  • Designing UI/Rest automation framework and add automated test cases for existing and new features.
  • Performing REST API testing
  • Executing automated and manual tests during product testing phases to find all bugs in your assigned feature area(s)
  • Filing defects and tracking them to closure.
  • Analyzing failures/bugs and determining root cause, setting the expectations of the solution/behavior based on the requirements.


  • High-level API capabilities
  • Experience in testing app framework (apps and app store).
  • Experience with any of these languages, with multiple preferred - Python Javascript C# HTML SQL
  • Experience with API test framework development
  • Experience in developing UI test framework using selenium.
  • Experience in test plan design and test case development for complex software projects.
  • Ability to debug and extend automated tests.
  • Experience testing a “systems” product (file systems, storage and operating systems, databases, hypervisors, or networking).
  • Good understanding UNIX, preferably Linux.
  • Selenium experience highly preferred.
  • Basic understanding of Docker containers.
  • Good to have experience in virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, KVM.

Physician's Choice, a growing e-commerce company selling on various online marketplaces is looking to hire an energetic, efficient, detail-oriented, multi-tasking, get-it-done, figure-it-out Executive Assistant. We are rapidly growing and need someone to come in and hit the ground running.

We are looking for a new Executive Assistant to support our executive team. You will manage mostly business related tasks for the team such as creating reports, organizing travel and accommodation, and other organizational tasks. To do this role properly you should have a detailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office suite, be extremely fast at solving problems and have experience as an executive or administration assistant in the past.

Financial Analyst/High-level Bookkeeper

Job Description

Physician's Choice is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst/High-level Bookkeeper to maintain our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.

Your responsibilities will be to create and analyze financial reports and ensure legal requirements compliance, process accounts payable and receivable and manage invoices and tax payments. Our ideal candidate holds a Finance degree (preferably followed by accounting CPE courses) and is familiar with QB Accounting Software.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with various department managers to analyze costs, assess vendor relationships, and maximize profitability. To succeed in this position, you will demonstrate an aptitude for efficiency, problem solving, and resourcefulness, with a deep commitment to the bottom line without compromising quality.

The best candidate for this excellent opportunity will be highly *ANALYTICAL* and able to multi task and complete projects timely. The Bookkeeper will be highly organized, detail oriented, and able to work under pressure.


Accounting Functions:

  • Organize and update financial records as needed (digital and physical)
  • Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process through QuickBooks
  • Administers and conducts the Month End Closing Process and accurately prepares Month End Reports for management, maintaining a clean Subsidiary Ledger:
  • Income Statement: Revenue Reports, Expense Reports, & Profit & Loss Reports
  • Balance Sheets: Assets, Liabilities, & Equity
  • Statement of Cash Flow * Perform regular, detailed audits to ensure accuracy in financial documents, expenditures and investments
  • Forecast revenue and analyze profit margins for all product and business divisions
  • Oversee ledger reconciliation and manage accounts payable/receivable
  • Liaise with Tax Accountants to track tax payments and returns
  • Monitor bookkeeping activities regularly
  • Keep company financial information confidential
  • Establish accounting policies and procedures, stay informed on industry developments and changes in regulations
Job Requirements:
  • Experience with QuickBooks and Excel is REQUIRED
  • At least 2 years of continuous full-time experience as a Bookkeeper
