I bought this form of ashwaganda due to what I read about how it helps for sleep, and I have found this to be vert accurate. I've only had it a few days and started taking two, around early evening and then again closer to bedtime. I fully believe this product works! I noticed a difference right out of the gate, I stopped taking it for about 2 weeks (I was more tired than normal, but sleeping fine), and regretted that decision! I got more and decided I can’t go without! Taking at dinner now or right before bed. Buy it!
