Physician's Choice is a known brand, and I like that the capsules are made in the US. These menopause capsules are basically probiotics, and with 15b CFU's a good one, with three other botanicals. They seem to do what they're supposed to do, and her hot flashes have significantly decreased after a week of taking them.

This supplement contains things I look for: probiotics and prebiotics. It does not need refrigeration. The bottle I received is good for a little more than two years, so it’s fresh. The capsules are easy to swallow. I’ve had no negative effects from taking this supplement. It’s also 3rd-party tested for purity and potency and made in the USA using imported and domestic ingredients.

I just started taking these five days ago, but really love that. It’s only one capsule per day. I take so many different supplements and many of them are two or even three capsules at a time and those add up. This one has a great mix of probiotics, does not require refrigeration and is one easy to swallow capsule
