Best Ashwagandha on the Market

This Ashwagandha has helped me immensely in reducing my stress and helping me sleep. I no longer wake up repeatedly throughout the night and I’m much calmer during the day, undoubtedly due to the increase in the quality of my sleep. I also dream much more vividly when taking this. I have found that it works much better if I take it for a few weeks, then take a break for a week, then resume. I highly recommend this KSM-66 Ashwagandha.
