Damage Control for the Eyes
We hear about the harmful effects of ultraviolet (UV) light from the sun, but today, we are also exposed to excessive blue light from our computers, smart phones, and other electronic devices. Research suggests that frequent and long-term exposure to the blue light spectrum, particularly at night, may increase free radical damage to cells of the retina that are critical for healthy vision and circadian rhythms1
AREDS2(Age - Related Eye Disease Study 2):
Physician’s Choice® Eye Health formula contains six key ingredients from the AREDS2 Study conducted by the National Eye Institute: Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Copper, and Zinc, as well as Lutein and Zeaxanthin from award-winning Lutemax® 2020. For additional protection, we have enhanced our formula with Folate, Vitamin B12, Bilberry, Grape Seed and Bioperine® Black Pepper Extract, providing a complete and synergistic eye health support formula for preserving healthy vision, especially as you age2-5

AREDS2 Study Based Ingredients
Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Zinc, Copper, and Lutein and Zeaxanthin from Lutemax® 2020: In the Age-Related Eye Disease Study 2 (AREDS2), these vitamins, minerals, and bioactive elements demonstrated the ability to support and maintain eye health2,3,4
Other Ingredients
Lutemax® 2020: A globally recognized and highly researched ingredient, Lutemax 2020 is a natural marigold flower extract that provides all three macular carotenoids (lutein, zeaxanthin, and meso-zeaxanthin) that are known to be concentrated in the eye’s photoreceptor cells4
Bilberry and Grape Seed Extracts: Bilberry contains potent antioxidants including flavonoids and anthocyanins that aid in supporting blood flow to the retina. Bilberry may ease eye strain and help improve night vision by enhancing the production of eye pigmentation to support dark adaptation6,7
Rich in polyphenols, Grape Seed Extract provides free radical protection for the retina and works in synergy with Vitamins C and E and the carotenoids Lutein and Zeaxanthin8,9
Bioperine Black Pepper Extract: We include Black Pepper Extract in many of our supplements for its ability to augment the absorption of other nutrients for supplements that are as effective as possible10
As a dietary supplement, take two capsules once daily, preferably with a meal, or as directed by your physician.
