Just want I needed. OB/GYN recommended to take probiotics daily and this will do just right PLUS it gives me regularity.
I like that there is no taste (or aftertaste). I've been taking this regularly and it does seem to help with bloating, and I would say it has even helped with gassy feeling as that seems to go hand-in-hand with bloating. the price is a bit steep, but the ingredients are top notch, so you get what you pay for. So far, so good!
I have heard nothing but good things about this brand, so I was very excited to give it a try. I take one daily in the morning with a glass of water, I am on week two of taking it, and I do notice a decrease in bloating and how often I have a bowel. Which I am very happy about, the pills are kind of big so if you have a problem, taking it, I suggest you open it up and pour it into a glass of water. These pills are a little on the pricey side but it is definitely worth it. I definitely recommend you give it a try if you are looking for a new probiotic!
These probiotic pills are pretty easy to swallow. They seem to be having the desired effects. I think they are working.
