Return and Refund Policy


If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a 60-day return policy with no questions asked. Customers are welcome to call 877-395-2707 or email us at to request a return. Our live customer service team is available on a 24/7 basis . To complete any return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Outside of the initial 60-day return window, items must be unopened in original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that your order was received. Please contact us to arrange your return.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email from us to inform you that your return was received with a disposition status for your refund. 

All requested refunds are subject to approval by Physician’s Choice.

If your return is accepted and a refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 to 14 business days equal to the amount that you paid for the product.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you have not received your approved refund within 7-10 business days, please contact us at for further investigation. In some cases, it may take longer before a refund is officially credited back to your card or account.

If a refund has been completely processed by Physician's Choice, the issue will be the responsibility between you and your financial institution.

Exchanges (if applicable):

All requested exchanges are subject to approval by Physician’s Choice. We will only replace items if they are damaged or in the event of a known shipping error causing excessive delay or a misplaced shipment.

If you are shipping items valued over $75, we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance

In general, you will be responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Physician’s Choice cannot guarantee that a returned item will be received. Depending on where the item is being shipped to/from, shipping times may vary.


If you suspect that you are a victim of fraud, please contact us within 30 days from the date of purchase to submit a fraudulent order claim for our investigation. Please immediately report any suspicion of fraud to us directly at to confirm the name on the order and the site of purchase. If a case of fraud is confirmed, we will issue a full refund or facilitate a dispute with your financial institution.
