About Dr. Roelands
Dr. Jennifer Roelands, MD, is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist and the founder of Precision Health MD, her practice in Fullerton, California. Her clinical focus includes integrative gut, metabolic and longevity medicine, perimenopause and menopause care, and reproductive health.
She earned her MD at the University of California San Diego School of Medicine in 2004 and completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Duke University Hospital. She has been certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology since 2009.
Her research from her Duke training years was published in 2009 in the Journal of Women's Health and the American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology, including a study she led as first author on the maternal health consequences of smoking during pregnancy.
She writes and teaches on women's midlife health. She is the author of Pivot: Your Perimenopause Playbook, created the Midlife Upgrade Academy, and has spoken about gut health and hormones on podcasts including Health Bite and Autoimmune Alchemy.
Dr. Roelands is a member of the Physician's Choice Scientific Advisory Board.
