I just bought these because of the great reviews! I am wondering what time of day to take them? I've heard mixed reviews on empty stomach vs. with a meal? LMK what works best, thanks

After doing some research and reading this statement posted by Science Direct,” Based on the effects of probiotics on gastrointestinal disorders and the correlation studies between probiotics and TRPV1, probiotics have the potential to relieve the capsaicin-induced gastrointestinal discomfort.” I purchased a bottle of your probiotics to take with me while at work India for the month of August. I feel like they did a great job helping to keep me health while eating ever so spicy food, which I love but usually suffer from. So I have nothing but rave reviews for this product. But my question is, I bought a second bottle which just arrived from Amazon, to take as I will be returning for another month to India, And the contents in the capsules are much lighter in color than my first ones. From brown to very light tan. Why?? I stored them as directed so now I’m wondering if you have made some change in the capsule content? Will they honestly work as well? Please reply!

I've been taking these for a while now and am definitely feeling a difference for the better in my digestion. I'd heard good things about this company before I started ordering, and I tried them with confidence. I'm a subscriber and am glad I set that up, so I have a new bottle here before I run out. I don't let a day go by without taking one of these in the morning.
