Works Great!

I started taking this for a healthy option for my daily migraines. Happy to say it has definitely helped!! Only downfall is the metal taste... which is normal. But will definitely continue to use this product.

Works Great

So far this is working great for my leg cramps. I was waking up almost every other night with severe charlie horses in my calf’s that would travel up through my thighs and would last for about five minutes. Since taking this  magnesium I haven’t had any. It has helped a great deal and I highly recommend it.

This is so easy to swallow. I have only been taking it for a week. But love it so far. No issues with digestion or elimination.
